Abstracts
Thank you for your interest in the XV Portuguese-Spanish Plant Water Relations Symposium.
Please follow the guidelines on this page for submission of your abstract. The abstract submission deadline is 15 May 2020. We invite submission of abstracts for contributed oral and poster presentations. Abstract will be published in the book of proceedings, only in digital format.
Authors are also invited to submit manuscripts to a special issue of Agricultural Water Management Journal. Publication on Agricultural Water Management Journal will be subject to normal review process and editor approval.

Abstract format guidelines and rules
- Each person is allowed to submit only one abstract where they are listed as presenting author. This rule is enforced in order to encourage broad participation.
- Abstracts should be written in English.
- The abstract body should have a maximum of 500 words, split between two sections: Background/Question/Methods, where the objective of the study should be identified and the methods summarized; and Results/Conclusion, in which main results are reported and their implications discussed.
- For every author listed, their name, institution, and email are required.
- The presenting author is the corresponding author who will receive all communications.
- The authors should state if they prefer to present an oral or poster during the submission process.
- The authors should rank two of their preferred section themes as part of the abstract submission process.
